This treatment begins with a Khmer massage and ends with the application of warm compresses made from herbs grown in our organic garden and foraged from the jungle.

Breathwork

A 1:1 breathwork session in a beautiful natural setting that will allow your body to produce higher levels of melatonin, a hormone which helps us relax and fall asleep.

Shirodhara and rain shower

The continuous flow of warm oil on the forehead alleviates insomnia and restlessness while nourishing the scalp. It’s followed by a Vichy rain shower with seven shower heads.
