THE ROLE

The Assistant Learning & Development Manager will work alongside the HR leadership team to design, deliver, and embed a culture of continuous growth across the resort. This is a meaningful role for an L&D professional who believes that exceptional hospitality begins with exceptional people development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the design and delivery of onboarding, technical training, and leadership development programmes
• Identify training needs through observations, performance data, and stakeholder consultation
• Maintain accurate training records, calendars, and L&D documentation
• Champion a culture of service excellence through ongoing coaching and skills reinforcement
• Assist in developing e-learning content and training materials aligned with Song Saa brand standards
• Assist in organising recognition programs, cultural events, and community-building activities
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and joyful workplace environment
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
• Assist in organizing interviews, assessments, and onboarding logistics
• Ensure new hires receive a warm, structured, and values-aligned introduction to Song Saa
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation
• Support HR reporting, data entry, and compliance requirements using HR system
• Assist with contract & payroll, preparation, forms, and administrative workflows
• Provide general HR support to team members and department heads

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of L&D or training experience, ideally within luxury hospitality
• Confident facilitator with the ability to engage diverse, multicultural teams
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Creative and confident in designing training materials and staff activities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Flexible with working hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment

THE ROLE

The Guest Experience Supervisor is at the very centre of what makes Song Saa extraordinary. You will lead a team of Guest Experience Ambassadors, orchestrate seamless arrival-to-departure journeys, and ensure that every moment our guests spend on the island feels effortless, personalised, and genuinely memorable. A natural connector, you thrive on anticipating needs before they are voiced.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise and inspire the Guest Experience team across all guest-facing interactions
• Oversee pre-arrival communication, in-villa preferences, and departure arrangements
• Handle complex guest requests and resolve any concerns swiftly and with composure
• Liaise across departments — spa, F&B, activities, housekeeping — to ensure seamless coordination
• Train and coach ambassadors on guest communication and service standards
• Support upselling of resort experiences, dining, spa, excursions, and activities
• Warm, genuine service style and cultural sensitivity
• Ensure accurate guest information is shared and followed up on

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
• Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal in English. Mandarin a plus
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and emotionally intelligent
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar property management system preferred
• A genuine passion for creating extraordinary, personalised guest experiences
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Proven ability to anticipate needs, personalise experiences and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving, calm under pressure and high discretion with guest privacy.
• Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment

• Deliver food and beverage service to the highest standard across all dining outlets and in-villa settings
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through our offerings with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and wine/beverage pairings
• Setup, maintain, and clear dining spaces with precision and pride
• Assist with private dining, events, and special occasions
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and service standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in F&B service — luxury resort or fine dining experience preferred
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanour
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A team player who takes genuine pride in the details
• Adaptable and composed

This is a detail-oriented, relationship-driven role for someone who understands that purchasing in a luxury setting is about far more than procurement — it is about upholding a standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all resort departments, from requisition to delivery
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maintaining quality and sustainability standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store room and department heads to avoid short falls
• Ensure all purchasing activity complies with internal controls and approval processes
• Track and report on purchasing costs, identifying opportunities for savings without compromising quality
• Support sustainable sourcing initiatives in line with Song Saa's conservation values

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing or supply chain experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management experience
• Familiarity with purchasing software and inventory management systems
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Honest and accountable
• Flexible with working hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment
