Song Saa Private Island is Cambodia’s first private island resort and an international benchmark for sensitive luxury, ocean-positive tourism, and regenerative hospitality. Our 24 villas sit within a protected marine reserve and thriving island ecosystem, restored through more than a decade of conservation work led alongside the Song Saa Foundation.

The Regenerative Impact Manager is the heartbeat of our regenerative mission on-island. This person is equal parts educator, communicator, operator, and storyteller. They lead the resort’s sustainability journey — from zero-waste systems to staff training — while serving as an ambassador for the Song Saa Foundation whenever the conservation team is in the field.
We require someone who can inspire, not just manage. Someone who can turn sustainability into culture — helping every staff member see themselves as a steward of the islands, a guardian of nature, and a custodian of guest experience.

We’re seeking a creative, responsible, and passionate storyteller —to be the personal ambassador for our guests. You will curate pre‑arrival personalization, guide guests from arrival to departure, and orchestrate dining, wellness, and activity experiences that embody Song Saa’s sustainability and cultural mission. You’ll work across hospitality, conservation, and wellness — crafting narratives that connect our guests, partners, and communities to something truly meaningful.
The Asst. Guest Experience Manager requires a dynamic, self-starter, and highly motivated individual who embraces Song Saa’s vision of luxury, which treads lightly.
