Soulful, seasonal plates in spectacular settings

A tribute to Cambodia’s
rich culinary heritage.

As with everything at Song Saa, our food is crafted with care and seasoned with love. To honour our vision of a resilient supply chain within Cambodia – as well as the health of people and planet – we source the majority of our ingredients from ethical local suppliers.

Our sea-food sensitive menus blend Khmer flavours with international favourites and change regularly to reflect nature’s rhythms.

Dinner is served in a different location every night: under the stars, on a deck over the ocean or within one of our consciously designed restaurants.

Our dining destinations

Destination-immersed dining

In a hollow dug into the beach, beside the pool or deep in the jungle – wherever you choose to dine, fine wines and thoughtful dishes are guaranteed. We also offer private destination dining to make anything from family occasions to romantic dinners extra special.

Nutrition and sourcing

Line-caught snapper from Cambodian fishermen. Cheese produced in small-scale dairies. Coconut rice from conservation-focused farmers in Cambodia’s Northern Plains…

Ingredients produced with reverence by locals being paid fairly simply taste better, which is why we never compromise when it comes to sourcing. In 2023, 57% of our ingredients were produced within Cambodia and we are working hard to raise this to XX% by xx. We’re delighted to cater to dietary restrictions and our plant-forward plates are among our most delicious.

The challenges of serving seafood with integrity

Every year, 37,500 metric tons of fish are illegally caught in Cambodia’s protected waters, including Koh Rong, depleting fish stocks and threatening marine life. We stand with ethical fishermen who refuse to compromise their values, which is why we sometimes serve responsibly sourced frozen seafood. Because sustainability always comes first.
