40% discount on Villa rate.
Valid for all villa categories.
35% deposit at booking stage (non-refundable).
Balance payment 45 days prior arrival.
Minimum 2 nights stay required
Minimum 4 nights stay from 27 December 2021 - 01 January 2022 (Inclusive) & 27 December 2022 - 01 January 2023 (inclusive)
All bookings are non – cancellable but can be postponed until 31 March 2023 without rescheduling fees.
**Note: Rate difference will apply if stay different season.
Rescheduling of travel dates needs to take place at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. New dates will be subject to availability.
